Scope of Services

Our company provides air ticket reservation, issuance, reissuance, cancellation, and refund facilitation services. All air travel is governed by the rules and regulations of the respective airlines and aviation authorities.

Accuracy of Passenger Information

Clients are responsible for providing accurate passenger details (name, passport/CNIC number, date of birth, and travel dates).

Any correction after ticket issuance may result in additional charges or ticket reissuance, as per airline rules.

Fares and Availability

All fares are subject to availability at the time of booking and may change without prior notice until the ticket is issued. Once issued, fares are governed strictly by airline fare rules.

Payments

Full payment must be made before ticket issuance unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Tickets will not be issued or held responsible for unless payment is received and confirmed.

Service Charges

Service fees may apply for ticket issuance, reissuance, cancellation, or refund processing.

Service charges are nonrefundable, even if the airline fare is refundable.

Ticket Changes and Reissuance

Any change or reissuance request is subject to:

  • Airline fare rules
  • Availability of seats
  • Applicable airline penalties and fare differences

The company acts only as an intermediary and is not responsible for airline-imposed charges.

Cancellations and Refunds

Ticket cancellations and refunds are governed solely by airline refund policies.

Refund processing times depend on the airline and payment method and may take several working days or weeks.

No-show Policy

If a passenger fails to report for a flight (no-show), the ticket may become nonrefundable or partially refundable, as per airline policy.

Schedule Changes and Flight Disruptions

Airlines may change flight schedules, routes, or timings without notice.

The company will assist in coordination with the airline but shall not be held liable for delays, cancellations, or operational disruptions caused by airlines.

Travel Documents and Compliance

It is the passenger’s responsibility to ensure possession of valid travel documents, including passport, visa (if applicable), and transit requirements.

The company will not be liable for denied boarding due to insufficient documentation.

Liability Limitation

The company acts solely as a booking and facilitation agent and shall not be responsible for:

  • Airline operational issues
  • Baggage loss or damage
  • Immigration or security decisions
  • Personal injury or delays

Airline conditions of carriage apply in all cases.

Refunds of Service Charges

Company service charges are nonrefundable under all circumstances, including flight cancellation, visa refusal, or passenger no-show.

Corporate and Credit Clients

For approved corporate or credit clients, billing and settlement must be completed within the agreed credit period. Delayed payments may result in suspension of services.

Force Majeure

The company shall not be liable for failure or delay in services due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, airline shutdowns, or government restrictions.

Acceptance of Terms

By booking or purchasing an air ticket through our company, the client acknowledges and agrees to these Terms and Conditions
